13 Karnataka students from SHER-E-KASHMIR University of Agricultural Sciences Sher-ee-Kashmir return home

Union Heavy Industry and Steel HD Kumaraswamy on Sunday promoted safe returns for 13 students in Karnataka who studied at Sher-ee-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology.
Mr Kumaraswami’s office said the students were taken to Delhi from Chamu on Sunday and were going to their homes in Karnataka. It added that the students were safely safe in accordance with the tensions in Jamu and were directed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The notes said it all started with Harshith, a parent of a student in Tagachagere village in Channapatna Taluk, who had contacted Nikhil Kumaraswamy, president of Janata Dal (Semitic) Youth Wing, seeking help in order to bring the students home safely.
Following Mr. Kumaraswami’s instructions, the students were taken to the train station by a safe bus and they arrived in Delhi on Sunday afternoon. The bill said: “Officers from the Ministry of Steel are taking care of the needs of students and will ensure students are safely at home. Children’s safety is the government’s priority.”
“We were very anxious and confused when tensions in Srinagar increased. With the help of the coalition government, we arrived at a safe place. We thank Mr. Kumaraswamy for all the help we had come to us,” Harshith said in a statement. Mr. Nikhil Kumaraswamy and Mr. Kumaraswamy had a personal interest in bringing them back to safety, all of which came back home.
