Bihar: Petition against CM Nitish Kumar “disrespect” the national anthem in court

Amit Kumar, the petitioner’s advocate, spoke after the court ordered a notice to Nitish Kumar that disrespect the national anthem.
Advocates said: “The national anthem was being played during an event held at Patna’s Patna’s Patliputra Stadium on March 20, during which time CM Nitish Kumar’s body language was condemned and punished.
“We are taught to respect the national anthem because we are still children, and when playing the national anthem, we should not bother, move or indulge in any activity, stick to the norm. This is disrespectful to the national anthem and the national. The complainant is Vikas paswan, who is a case. Added.
Earlier, an advocate defended the other Chief Justice Magistrate Judge (WEST) in Muzaffarpur and sought police actions against CM Kumar under relevant parts of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and seeking the National Honor Act (BHARATIYA NYAYA SANHITA) (BNS).
The court has arranged for the matter to be considered on March 25. Nevertheless, RASHTRIYA JANATA DAL (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav has made a sharp dig into the case. RJD leader was released on X on March 21.

The RJD leader said in another article: “At least please do not insult the national anthem, Chief Minister. You will insult young people, students, women, women and older people every day. Sometimes they will applaud Gandhi’s mart days, laugh at his mart difficulties, and sometimes they will insult the national difficulties! In such an unconscious state, this is a very concerning national issue.”
RJD leader Rabri Devi also accused Bihar’s chief minister of insulting women and disrespectful to Mahatma Gandhi and the national anthem, and wrote in an article: “Nayak Nahi Nahi Khalnayak Hoon Main (not a hero, I am a villain).
Congress leader Pawan Khera also criticized the BJP-led Bihar and questioned the party’s commitment to the country.
“We are worried about the health of the Chief Minister, but we are even more worried about Bihar. If Bihar had such leadership, how safe the country would be? They (BJP) were only concerned about any state before the election. After the election, they forgot about Bihar or any other state,” Khera told ANI.
Khera also questioned Bihar’s safety under current leadership, citing the recent shooting of directors at Patna hospitals as evidence of worsening legal and order situations in the state.
It was a few days after the video clip of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar spread, allegedly showing him “gesticking”, apparently “talking” at an event held in Patna.
Earlier, on March 22, Tejashwi Yadav criticized Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, noting that CM was exhausted and the people of Bihar suffered under his leadership and reiterated his demand for the resignation of the Chief Minister.
Yadav noted that CM’s latest behavior raised questions about his leadership skills and now it is hinting that Nitish Kumar should retire and pass it on to the 2020 election, when Nitish Kumar announced it would be his last election at a meeting in Purnia.
