ESI services are enhanced in AP:ADDL. Secretary (IMS)

Vijayawada: Gandham Chandrudu, additional secretary of Insurance Medical Services (IMS), stressed that ESI hospital services in Andhra Pradesh are being strengthened and enhanced to benefit government staff.

He spoke after examining the facilities, including outpatient registration, laboratory, and inpatient and outpatient areas, and was conducted on Friday at the ESI Hospital in Vijayawada. He is engaged directly to patients and gathers first-hand feedback on extending the quality of service to them. He assured patients that services provided by various ESI hospitals and pharmacies will continue to improve.

While studying the Dhanvantri online registration system and Aadhaar integration, other secretaries directed officials to implement the necessary reforms to eliminate delays in the registration process. He hopes that the beneficiaries will receive timely medical services without any inconvenience.

Chandrudu confirmed: “The government is committed to strengthening ESI health care services. All necessary support will be provided to expand and upgrade the infrastructure of the hospital.”

Those present included ESI Director V. Anjaneyulu and Vijayawada Esi Hospital President Dr. V. Jyothi.
