Bishop Anaparambil remembers Pope Francis as a marginalized voice

The Bishop of Alleppey and the Acts administrators of Cochin James Raphael Anaparambil remember Pope Francis as a man who made a voice to “the weak and the periphery.”
In a statement released here on Monday, Bishop Anaparanbi said: “Pope Francis towers as a beacon of moral conscience in a world of deep divisions caused by small nationalism, national chauvinism, dogmatism and the inheritance of wealth, political magazineism and religious.”
The Bishop said the Pope advocated a universal cause and consistently stood up for the marginalization of the world. He added: “His debut and ongoing call to make the environment a common residence for all, and his deep respect for all who believe in and even have religious beliefs, makes him a true shepherd for all and Catholics. Our world is infinitely poor, without this Holy Guard and his leadership.”
