BJP activist booked a name line to attack Karachi bakery

Hyderabad: RGIA Town Police Department conducted a case against 10 BJP activists that attacked the Karachi bakery exit in Shamshabad, demanding the name board to be removed. The bakery repeatedly explains the background of the name but remains under attack during tensions in Parker, India.
According to RGIA inspector K Balaraju, the incident occurred around 3pm on Saturday when activists entered the bakery premises, raised slogans and demanded removal due to so-called Pakistani references. Staff called police, who arrived at the scene.
Inspector Balaraju said some activists tried to break the board with sticks, but police were able to prevent any significant damage. “Our team got there on time. No one was injured and no major damage was done.”
Videos of the incident are circulating widely on social media platforms. Police conducted cases against all activists and delivered notices to them. An investigation into the incident is underway.
While the bakery management did not issue an official statement after the Sunday incident, it clarified earlier: “We are an Indian brand, not a Pakistani brand.”
They have called on Telangana police for protection. “The Karachi bakery started in 1953 by our grandfather in Hyderabad, who moved to India during the zoning period. The name comes from there. It has been 72 years. We ask for support from Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Telangana DGP to prevent any name change. We are an Indian brand, not the Pakistani brand,” the statement said. ”
The bakery is recommended to place Indian flags above the signs on the Begumpet and Maozzamjahi markets.
