“I rely on the microscope to spread throughout the day”

Doctors are thought to stay healthy and live longer, but research has debunked this. The average life expectancy of Indian doctors is 10 years less than that of the general population. The most common causes of death are heart disease and cancer. Even psychiatric diseases that lead to suicide are more common to doctors.
Long weight loss journey
When I finished my general medicine training, my obese BMI was about 33 years old. I’ve gone through a long weight loss journey, which helped me thoroughly understand nutrition and exercise and spent enough time on my health. Protein intake and lack of strength training are the main problems.
Walk briskly for 30 minutes
I still have a busy schedule with unpredictable hours of work. To stay healthy, I have adjusted my daily routine to stay healthy. To relieve stress, I reduce my working hours and most of the time I spend every day at 6pm on family and hobbies.
I rely on micro-movements (climbing stairs at work, etc.), which are small exercises throughout the day. Walking is a great sport and I prefer to be on any possible opportunity. I think for everyone, it’s a 30-minute walk every day, including some strength training. I go to the gym occasionally, but I prefer to work out at home, which is flexible. Weight exercise is my favorite. Squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups and boards are the compound exercises required. I occasionally use apps like “Seven” for exercise, mainly when I’m busy traveling. There are many such applications that can be tailored to your needs. Walking and hiking are my favorite exercises when I’m in the UK. Hiking is something I love because it is a combination of cardio and strength training and becomes frustrated by nature. Even though it is not easy in India due to the lack of open space nearby, we can still find parks for walking and nearby hills.
Food in one day
My day starts with black coffee and I consume at least 2-3 cups a day and I believe it is healthy. Breakfast is usually traditional, with eggs with protein added. I increase my protein intake per meal by reducing carbohydrates.
My lunch usually starts with a large salad with healthy dressings. I prefer lean meats like chicken, fish or tofu over rice or barbecue. I usually have breakfast before 6pm to 7pm. I’m occasionally quick to stay for 12-16 hours, but it’s hard to keep up for a long time, especially if you’re busy with work.
Eat clean, even outside
Eating out is the tricky part. You would love to eat unhealthy and because of social obligations, people can eat more than they normally do. In those cases, I tend to fill the plate with a salad and skip the dessert.
