BJP leader demands PM Modi in ration store photo

Warangal: BJP State Executive Errabelli Pradeep Rao and regional department chairman Ganta Ravi Kumar called for a portrait performance by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in all rationing shops during a visit on Saturday. Leaders visited several outlets that distributed subsidized rice in Warangal, criticizing the portrait of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and the portrait of Civil Supplies Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy.
The BJP representatives believed that since the central government provides 5 kg of rice for every ration cardholder, the additional 1 kg of the state should be clearly recognized for the contribution of the center. They asserted: “It is the rice that the central government provides most of the subsidies, and its contribution is worthy of recognition.”
They also highlighted the success of the “One Country, One Food Card” program initiated by Modi, warning that large-scale protests will follow if their needs are not met. Additionally, BJP leaders accuse state governments of exaggerating their role and criticize Congress for repeating what they call the former TRS government’s mistakes and accusing both of them of misleading the public for the benefits offered by the central government.
