BJP slams TMC MP Yusuf Pathan for violent “drinking tea” post in Murshidabad – Economic Times Video
The BJP criticized Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Yusuf Pathan for drinking tea on social media while he fought violence in West Bengal constituency. Pathan is a former cricketer who won the Lok Sabha election from Baharampur in 2024 through TMC votes. Baharampur is the administrative headquarters of the Murshidabad region, where violence has occurred in protest of the WAQF (Amendment) bill.
