Registration of cases of sexual abuse against three minors

Hyderabad: Gachibowli police registered a case after three minors allegedly ransomware and sexually assaulted another minor on Saturday. The case was registered based on a complaint filed by the victim’s parents.
According to Gachibowli inspector Mohd Habubullah Khan, all minors, including the victims, are studying in the tenth grade. The victim’s parents said the torture began in November when the victim became friends with one of the boys.
The same child who clashed with the conflict of law (CCL) later deformed the photos on the victim and allegedly began extorting her sex. The victim’s threat, another minor recorded a video of the bill when the victim succumbed to his request.
The girl stole the phone and damaged it. Later, another person who learned about this was CCL, who extorted the victim and sexually abused her.
“It was after some of her friends learned about this that the parents were informed and registered for the case. They learned about it two days later and filed a complaint on Saturday. We have sent three minors to the teenager’s home,” the inspector said.
The case was registered under relevant parts of the POCSO Act.
315 Drunk driving in Seberbad
Hyderabad: Seybrabad police arrested nearly 315 people on Saturday night for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
Of the 315 criminals, 233 are two-wheelers, 5 are three-wheelers, 71 four-wheelers and 6 heavy-duty drivers.
About 31 criminals were captured by blood alcohol concentration (BAC) between 200-500 mg/100 ml, while two were captured by BAC levels
More than 500 mg/100 ml.
The Cyberabad police issued a warning that if someone is addicted to drink and driving and causes a fatal accident, he will be arrested and sent to prison under Article 105 of BNS (the offence not considered murder) with a maximum penalty of 10 years.
The man burns his wife to death, doubts her loyalty
Hyderabad: A 27-year-old woman succumbed to her husband while being treated at Ottomania General Hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning.
According to D. Ashok, Sho, Amberpet, defendant P. Naveen, the drunken state returned to his house in Patelnagar on March 9.
Naveen attacked her with her fist after a heated argument and suspicion of the loyalty of his wife P. Rekha. After she fainted, he brought gasoline from the bicycle, burned her body and set fire.
Rekha, the waste owner, married Naveen in June 2018 and was blessed by a son and daughter. The couple often fights.
Police revealed that Naveen always came home drunk and abused Rekha suspected her relationship with a neighbor.
Police arrested Naveen and booked a murder case under Section 103 of the BNA Act and took his case on Sunday before the Judicial Magistrate Magistrate.
Youth commits suicide in Ghatkesar

Man was booked for pushing his wife under the bus
Hydebard: RGIA town police pushed his wife into a man’s case Saturday night under an RTC bus near Shamshabad. The incident injured the woman.
According to RGIA police, the victim was identified as Padma and married to the defendant Batanna, who lives in Mahbubnagar.
The incident was reportedly taken when the man was intoxicated. “During the fight, he pushed her to the ground. At the same time, the bus entered and she was injured.” Deputy Inspector Tarun Kumar Reddy said.
After locals discovered this, they called 100 times and informed the police of this. The woman suffered a broken hand and was transferred to Ottomania Hospital for treatment.
According to IO Indrasena Reddy, after recording the victim’s statement, it was concluded that the man pushed her under the bus and registered him under section 118(1) of the BNS. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
Cases against YouTuber promoting betting apps
Hyderabad: Cybercrime police in Cybercrimes have conducted a case against YouTuber Harsha Bandaram Sai, allegedly promoting betting apps. The case was registered last year, but the case was exposed after TGSRTC MD VC Sajjanar uploaded it to the X platform.
According to Seybrabad police, the case comes after a complaint registered by a person who allegedly lost Rs 1.3 lakh of gambling under the influence of Sai Harsha’s content.
In this regard, the police registered a case under section 318(4) of the BNS and section 66-D of the IT Act.
In the complaint, the victim was an assistant to a restaurant, claiming that Harsha shared a link to the site on his Instagram account. The website claims a 150% bonus for deposits of Rs 20,000.
The victim has since claimed that he was invited to the telegraph channel “Harsha Sai Tips” to get betting advice. The victim reportedly lost Rs 13,67,300 after following his tips and gradually depositing the funds.
Attempting to contact cybercrime police to check the status quo of FIR is futile. According to reports, similar cases were reportedly conducted against YouTuber by Rachakonda cybercrime police.
