U.S. President Donald Trump announced his intention to send Tahawwur Rana to India in February, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the country a month after the new president took over.

Tahawwur Rana meets mysterious people in Dubai

Lana meets a mysterious person in Dubai, according to records shared by US investigative agencies with Indian authorities. That person knew the attack that was about to happen. The state investigative agency is exploring the identity and role of the person. It is also investigating the character accused of another 26/11 attack, David Headley. He was born in Pakistan and was Dawood Gilani, who warned Rana not to go to India in 2008. He hints at the looming terror operation.

The role of Pakistani army, ISI to be investigated

According to the NIA, he also arranged to introduce Rana to a Dubai accomplice who confirmed the attack in Mumbai is approaching. The agency is investigating whether the person in Dubai is an agent of Inter-Services Intelligence, a Pakistani military intelligence agency. It will also investigate him as likely to be with a senior figure in the Pakistani army or the leader of a designated terrorist group run from Pakistan.

The NIA may break as hard as that man. Even in elite anti-terrorism networks, identity is kept secret. Reports suggest that Lana may have mentioned him in an earlier inquiry by U.S. authorities, who had handed over his confidential report to India.

David Headley visits India

If the report can be believed, Headley reportedly informed Rana of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (Let) plan, planning to send him to India for reconnaissance under the guise of working for Rana’s immigration consulting firm. Headley said Rana’s immigration business would be the right front to cover up the activity. Rana visited several Indian cities with her wife Samraz Rana Akhtar between November 13 and 21, 2008. The couple visited Hapur and Agra in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Kochi, Ahmedabad and Mumbai.

Lashkar-e-Taiba, a member of the Pakistani terrorist group, conducted 12 shootings and bombings in four days in Mumbai. The chaos began on Wednesday, November 26 and continued until Saturday, November 29, 2008. A total of 175 people were killed, including nine attackers and more than 300 were injured.
