Break Live News Update: PM Modi opens Raisina dialogue today in Delhi, several global leaders arrive

Representatives from approximately 125 countries, including ministers, former heads of state and government leaders, military commanders, industrial captains, technical leaders, scholars, journalists, strategic affairs scholars, leading think tank experts, and youth will participate in the Raisina dialogue.
The theme of the 2025 edition is “Karachakra – People, Peace and Planet”. Over the course of three days, the world’s policymakers and thought leaders will attract each other in various forms of dialogue, with more than six theme pillars: (i) Political disruption: Changes in sand and high tides; (ii) Solving the three elements of green: who, where, how; (iii) Digital planet: agents, institutions and absences; (iv) Radical major events: trade, supply chains, and exchange rate addiction; (v) Tiger’s story: rewrite development through new plans; (vi) Investment peace: drivers, institutions and leadership.
More than 3,500 participants from around 125 countries will participate in the conversation in person, and the world will watch the proceedings on various digital platforms.
The conference was chaired by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Many institutions, organizations and individuals are committed to their mission and support this effort.
