Spanish prosecutors are seeking to rape a pedophile for a 107-year-old girl.
The pedophile, a 45-year-old man who was identified only as a “TLM” and has been convicted of assaulting a young girl, described as a child in the care system, who was subjected to “low self-esteem” which was caused by “bullying in school and at home.”
In 2020, TLM began sending messages to victims through the Badoo messaging app before accessing Instagram and Google Hangouts.
He began to rape her in her nursing home, and her care was taken care of because her mother was too uncomfortable to take care of her, and she took several indecent photos and videos of the girl with the goal of sharing them online.
According to the indictment, TLM will show her porn movies during sick visits “so that minors can watch them and relax her bondage” and “force her to have sex”.
He also convinced her photos and recorded them in her lingerie, naked or obeyed his sexual behavior towards her.
Prosecutors said that in November 2020, TLM took a further attack and began to pretend to be her attack on Instagram and European dating app Lovoo, not only to achieve sexual relations with herself, but also to watch other men having sex with minors while being present in order to further satisfy his desires”.
Due to his “indiscriminatory dedication” to online users, TLM has filmed at least 20 videos of girls raped by themselves or other men.

After raiding his home, police found 232 photos of the child and nine videos, as well as another 576 videos and 889 digital photos, downloaded from an illegal message platform containing child abuse content on his mobile phone.
Similar materials have been found on TLM’s laptops and several hard drives.
In addition to seeking more than a century of imprisonment for sick pedophiles, prosecutors have also requested that the Barcelona Court of Appeal, headquartered in the Catalonian High Court, impose a 25-year injunction against him in his child’s home, school or workplace.
Most importantly, they are seeking that the man is banned from any occupation, demanding regular contact with the child and providing compensation of €100,000 (£84,000) to the child.
