Kurnur: A 26-year-old young man reportedly died of suicide due to inactivity in the village of R. Kottala in Anantapur.
According to police, the deceased was identified as Kakarla Raviteja, who had completed higher education and was unemployed. His parents allegedly condemned his inactivity Wednesday night. To do this, Raviteja consumed pesticides while her family was asleep.
Family members took him to a hospital in Tumakuru, Karnataka, where he was undergoing treatment. However, he died Thursday.
Rodham Deputy Inspector Narendra said a case has been registered based on the complaint filed by the family.
