Car criminal arrested by police

Six people, including three minors, were arrested on suspicion of stealing two-wheelers and 11 motorcycles, worth Rs 1 million, which was recovered from them.
As car thefts in the area increase, Dharmavaram subdivision police added instructions from Vehicle Inspection Police v. Ratna. Police conducted an inspection during Battalapalli Y on Thursday morning and intercepted two motorcycles for a total of six people traveling.
During the inquiry, they admitted to stealing 11 motorcycles in Battalapalli, Dharmavaram and Anantapur Town and found the same motorcycle from them.
The arrested were identified as – Pranay, Dhanush and Siddhi Vinay, all from Anantapur Town, with the remaining three being minors. Police said the young people were addicted to vices and began committing crimes to fulfill their expenses. Police asked parents to check on their children’s movements.
Meanwhile, Puttaparthi police raided the agricultural field near Kovelaguttapalle and captured seven people who were gambling and recovering Rs 60,100 from them.
