Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said the Cabinet Political Affairs Committee (CCPA) has approved the caste census in the upcoming census.
Vaishnaw, who digs in Congress, said that Congress and its Indian group partners have used the caste census time and time again as a political tool, adding that the previous UPA government failed to conduct the caste census but conducted the investigation.
