Centre requires CM Revanth to appoint forest staff

Hyderabad: The Tiger Protection in Telangana and the management of two tiger reserves (Amrabad and Kawal) appear to have landed on the table of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav wrote to him to resolve the issue of vacancies for front-line staff in the tiger reserves. A similar letter was also sent to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
As you may remember, Deccan Chronicle highlighted frontline staff vacancies on April 7 in Tiger Protection’s Forest Staff. In its inventory exercises, the National Tiger Protection Agency (NTCA) found that although Teleangana’s Nation Wearlangana shortage is 41.61% of Tiger Protection Protection Wearing employees, the figure is higher than 6. AP, with an AP rate higher than 62. 17. 17. AP.
In a letter to Revanth Reddy on April 25, Bhupender Yadav said that according to the NTCA review, vacancies were observed in various functions, including scope officials, forestry personnel and forest guards.
Yadav seeks “personal intervention in filling these vacancies” and describes it as “the backbone of our tiger reserves.” He further said: “The vacancy must be filled in a sometimes-timed manner through special drives and the entire Indian tiger’s estimated sixth cycle is maintained.”
Tiger estimates are an exercise in four years, thoroughly examining other forest areas where tigers and leopards are present, as well as other forest areas in the country, and the estimated tiger populations are released after experts from the Indian Institute of Wildlife Research screened the evidence through experts.
Each tiger reserve should have a management plan that cannot be implemented unless all required positions are filled in.
When asked about the vacancies, Meru’s chief wildlife manager said there were about 1,800 vacancies in the department and had asked the state Public Service Commission to initiate the recruitment step.
