More fairer share initiatives: UK: Nationally confirm bonus payment dates; read to know who qualifies

More than 12 million NPC members will receive a bonus payment of £50 this month. The bonus is part of the association’s “National Thank You” initiative. The Building Association on Monday confirmed the date members can expect funds.
All eligible members of the association will receive bonuses by April 30, 2025. The report notes that payments in the UK totaled more than £600 million. Members with national banks or savings accounts will deposit money directly, the report added.

She added that the “National Thank You” campaign recognizes the role that members of society are making this deal possible.

Who is eligible for a nationwide bonus payment?

According to the report, to receive a £50 bonus, members must hold a savings account, current account or collateral nationwide as of September 30, 2024.
Additionally, members must complete at least one transaction within 12 months, or in the minimum balance in both accounts until September 2024. Or members must still have an active account or mortgage when making payments.

4 million members receive bonuses in 2024

In 2024, nearly four million members received a bonus of £100 under the National Fair Shares Plan. However, the new £50 payment is separated from the plan. Nationwide said it hopes to announce another fairer stock payment in May 2025, although it will depend on their financial performance. The country’s largest architectural society serves one-third of the UK’s families. They have over 700 branches with over 25,000 employees.
