Chennithala seeks judicial investigation into the death of tribal youth

Senior Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala conducted a judicial investigation on Wednesday on the unnatural death of an 18-year-old tribal youth from the Kalpetta Police Department.

Speaking to reporters in Tiruvanat County, Mr. Chennithala claimed that the government’s announcement of the crime department investigation was not enough to reveal the truth. He said a judicial investigation must be conducted after the victim’s family made serious charges against the police.
