Now, the Amazon founder has sold a luxury home in Washington for a record $63 million or Rs 53.7 billion. According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, the Hunting Point luxury home deal has become the most expensive residential sale in Washington state’s history. The mansion is located on the famous hunting point peninsula along Lake Washington. This 9,420 square foot estate has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It was originally owned by the late art collector Barney Ebsworth. Shortly after Bezos divorced Mackenzie Scott, he bought it through a trust fund for $37.5 million. Now, after selling it for $63 million, Bezos made $25.5 million.

Hunts Point Mansion features over 300 feet of private waterfront, a rooftop terrace with fireplace, glass sidewalks connect the main house to a two-story inn, stylish kitchen and secondary dining kitchen and more. The sale of the mansion marks Bezos’ primary move to withdraw from his Seattle-area portfolio. However, he still retains ownership of the 30,000-square-foot Tudor manor, known as La Haye Mansion, which he bought in 2010 for $45 million. In 1998, he also acquired an additional $10 million.
