Teenagers will receive community service for rape of underage girls

When the girl’s parents find their relationship, they object to it. With the help of the teenager’s mother, they left the city in May 2022 for his grandfather’s home in Karnataka. They got married in Karnataka and the girl was pregnant.

When the teenager’s mother reminded them of information about police escorts, they moved to Pune, where they lived in a rented house, trying to support themselves. However, police eventually tracked them in January 2023 and brought them back to Hyderabad.

DNA matching confirmed that the teenager was his biological father. Medical examinations and victim statements confirm sexual assault. He was found guilty under the POCSO Act.
