CII Andhra Pradesh welcomes new leadership in 2025 – 26 years

Visakhapatnam:The Andhra Pradesh chapter of the Federation of Industry of India (CII) has elected its new office veteran for 2025-26 years. Murali Krishna Gannamani, founder and CEO of Luentgrid Ltd, has taken over as the successor to Dr. Murali Krishna Chairman of Mahatma Gandhi Cancer Hospital & Research Institute.

The election coincides with the panel discussion of Swarna Andhra Pradesh: Vision 2047 in 2047, which includes MSME Minister Kondapalli Srinivas, who praised CII’s collaborative efforts toward Andhra Pradesh Pradesh’s development vision.

In fact, Minister Kondapalli Srinivas, Minister of Relations of Andhra Pradesh MSME, SERP and NRI, expressed appreciation to CII and its industry partners for their joint efforts to shape the state’s ambitious development agenda.

PS Gangadhar, Joint Secretary of Economic and Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, emphasized Andhra Pradesh’s strategic advantages in enhancing trade in the Eastern Corridor. He highlighted India’s growing global presence through platforms such as the BRICS, G7 and G20, and highlighted the ministry’s role in advancing energy security, trade, technology and investment arbitration in Viksit Bharat.

Rajan Navani, CII India @ 100 Committee and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Jetline Group, highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship and youth innovation in cross-sectoral progress. He also highlights the growing influence of media, sports, arts and culture, identifying health, education and infrastructure as key areas that require urgent attention while shaping global perspectives.

Praveena Yagnambhat, chief of staff and CSR head of Boeing India and South Asia, called for a greater emphasis on high-skilling education to bridge the gap between skills and opportunities. She expressed optimism about India’s determination and the growth potential of the aviation sector.

Rear Admiral RS Dhaliwal of the Eastern Naval Command, talked about the role of the defense industry in achieving self-reliance. With the current production value of Rs 9,000 crore, he expects that by 2047 he will increase to US$270 trillion through indigenization, opening up avenues for exports and global competitiveness.

The meeting ended with two awards ceremony. The CII Andhra Pradesh Industrial Safety Excellence Award 2024 announces 59 companies’ commitment to workplace safety.
