The 40-year-old Duke of Sussex arrived from California to attend the hearing. He challenged the rejection of legal requirements for the Ministry of the Interior. Lawyer says Prince Harry was “picked out”
Prince Harry’s lawyer, the lawyer Shaheed Fatima KC, reportedly claimed that the Executive Committee on the Protection of Royal and Public Figures (RAVEC) failed to comply with the appropriate provisions when reviewing his case.
According to GB News, she said Ravec has instead created a unique “customized” arrangement, which is neither fair nor appropriate. Fatima told the court that Prince Harry believed the customization was inconsistent, adding that it did show that he was picked out for unfair and unfair treatment.
According to the independent report, Fatima also believes that RAVEC did not have an Advisory Risk Management Committee (INMB), an expert in assessing threats by a professional body. She observed that this was a deviation from the committee’s standard practice.
