Case for BRS MLA PADI KAUSHIK REDDY booking to threaten granite businessmen

Hyderabad: Subedari police in Hanamkonda booked a case against BRS MLA PADI KAUSHIK REDDY, threatening and demanding Rs 5 million for a granite businessman.

The case was booked on the BRS Huzurabad MLA under Article 308(2) (Radical Extortion), 308(4) (by threat of extortion) and 352 (deliberate insulting a violation of public peace intended to promote public peace), a complaint filed by Katta Umadevi, a resident of Hananamkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonkonda.

In the complaint, she said her husband, Manoj Reddy, a granite business in Kamalapur Mandal, has been under mental stress since 20 days, and when she asked him, he said Koushik Reddy threatened that if he had to run a granite business in Huzurabad’s huzurabad business, that would constitute the person, he would have to pay, he would have to pay.

Umadevi said MLA ransomware Rs 20 lakh from Manoj Reddy and called Manoj Reddy again on April 18, 2025 and asked him to ask Rs 5 lakh or he would kill her husband and family and abuse them with dirty words.
