Rajasthan has initiated the process of recruiting 1.88 million positions in different government departments, focusing on filling all positions. Announcements in the 2025-26 National Budget are related to the appointments of income officials, forest officials, school teachers and police departments.
The police department announced that the number of officers to be recruited will increase from 9,617 to 10,000, and issued notices for a written examination and then conducted a physical efficiency test. By May 17, the application has been applied, including police officers, drivers, operators and police band players.

Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said on Tuesday that providing employment to young people is one of his government’s highest priorities. “Recruiting 1.88 million positions will help ensure people have access to public welfare programs in remote areas. The personnel department has begun taking action to date,” he said.
Mr. Sharma reviewed progress on the implementation of the 2025-26 budget announcement at a high-level meeting here and provided instructions for each topic on the framework timetable. He said each department prepares progress reports on execution announcements and reviews them regularly.

The Chief Minister said a new global capacity center policy will be proposed soon to create jobs and increase investment in the service sector. He said the trade sector will develop through a framework of trade-promoting policies.
Guidelines have been issued to widely spread the circular economy and speed up e-vehicle services, a proposed amnesty plan, vehicle scrap policies and link domestic consumers to pipeline culinary gas supply.
