The Delhi High Court on Wednesday (23 April 2025) directed the National Law University consortium to amend Marksheets and reissue the final list of CLAT UG-2025 candidates within four weeks.

The judgment was presented by a batch of petitions that pointed out some errors in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) UG-2025 questionnaire.

The court concluded on April 9 that it tried the lawyers of the aspiring petitioners who took the exam in December 2024, as well as a consortium of the National University of Law (CNLUS) and retained the order.
The court heard the debate on the challenges facing the petition.
No petition has been heard to challenge certain issues in Clat PG-2025.
CLAT determines the admission of undergraduate and graduate law courses at the national law university in the country.
Several defenses were filed in different high courts, alleging that several questions in the examination were wrong.
On February 6, the Supreme Court handed over all petitions on the issue to the Delhi High Court’s “unanimous ruling”.
The Supreme Court adopted instructions for the CNLUS transfer petition.
The CLAT of 1225 held admission to the NLUS five-year LLB course on December 1 and announced the results on December 7, 2024.
