CM calls on Rahul Gandhi to discuss political developments in Karnataka

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah called for an opposition leader in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on April 3 and discussed the political developments in Karnataka.
The chief minister has reportedly discussed the names of four open candidates on the state legislative committee.
More than twenty aspirants, including journalists and senior party leaders, have been lobbying for seats.
In a one-on-one meeting with Mr. Gandhi, the Chief Minister apparently discussed the honey trap allegations raised by Minister Nick Rajana in the legislative session, gold smuggling cases involving the stepdaughter of IPS officials, and quotas for citizenship contracts allocated to Muslims.
On April 2, Mr. Siddaramaiah and his cabinet colleagues attended the inauguration ceremony of the newly built Karnataka Bhavan ‘Kaveri’ in Delhi.
