Narayan Murthy’s grandson Ekagrah Rohan Murty will earn Rs 33 crore at the age of 1.5. He will earn high income from Infosys’ dividend, IN Infosys announced Thursday. Infosys announced a final dividend of Rs 22 per share for fiscal 25. The date for the dividend payment and annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) has been set as May 30. The 17-month-old grandson of Infosys co-founder owns 15,00,000 shares of Infosys, accounting for 0.04% of the shares. The dividend will be paid on June 30. Ekagrah was born in Narayana Murthy and Sudha Murty’s son Rohan Murthy and his wife Aparna Krishnan.

In addition, Narayan Murthy’s daughter, Akshata Murthy, will earn Rs 8571 crore from Infosys dividend announcement. As of December 2024, she owns 389,000 shares of the company (1.04%). She is the wife of former British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. Narayana Murthy himself will earn Rs 333 crore while his wife Sudha Murty will receive Rs 76 crore.

Infosys Q4 results

Infosys is one of the best companies in India, reported on Thursday that year-on-year consolidated net profit was 1224-25, down from Rs 703.3 crore in the same quarter of last year (Q4 Q4), up from Rs 7969 crore in the same quarter of last year. However, Infosys’ revenue grew nearly 8% to Rs 40,922.5 crore, compared with the annual Rs 379,23 crore. The company reported an operating margin of 21%, slightly lower than the 21.3% margin in the previous quarter, but higher than the 20.1% in the same quarter a year ago. The company currently has a market capitalization of Rs 5.88 crore as of April 17. Infosys shares opened at Rs 1,404.85 on Thursday and at Rs 1,427.70 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
