Court Violation Bidar Officials Failed to File Report in Land Case

The special court of Karnataka land grabbing ban has been against the failure of Deputy Director of Vidal to issue an arrest warrant to Deputy Commissioner Vidal in a report against Olad legislator and former minister Prabhu Chavan.
The order was issued through Vidal Police Station to execute the arrest warrant and secured a deposit of Rs 1 lakh.
The former chairman of Chandori Gram Panchayat, located in Aurad Taluk Deepak Patil, filed a lawsuit with Karnataka lands, saying Mr Chavan had created fake documents and embezzled 3.19 acres of land in 102 village of Kolara (B) in Bidar Taluk.
The complaint is against Mr Chawan, deputy commissioner, assistant commissioner, Tahsildar and other land records directors, saying Deputy Director of Vidar and Tahsildar have worked with lawmakers to cooperate on the land and demanded legal action against those who have embezzled government land.
The Special Court recorded Mr. Patil’s statement on 5 October 2024 and ordered the Deputy Commissioner to submit a report by 12 December 2024.
Later, the court extended the time to February 21, 2025 to submit the report and extended the date to March 13 this year.
But the Deputy Commissioner has not submitted a report. Therefore, the Special Court of Karnataka’s robbery of the injunction has ordered the warrant.
