Secretary of State Binoy Viswam said in a press release on Sunday that the Communist Party of India (CPI) lifted earlier restrictions on party meetings, given the changing situation of the dangerous situation at the prevalence of the border. The Secretary also directed that local, constituency and district-level meetings should be held in accordance with previous plans.
