The joint venture between Crown Estate and Lendlease means it will hold shares in four other major plans near Silvertown Waterside in east London, near Silvertown Waterside in east London, on three lands in Stratford Cross, 11,500 Thames Waterfront projects and High Road West Spone near Tottenham Hotspur Harbour Stadium.
