CRPF soldiers were dismissed from court judicial relocation

CRPF soldier was fired for allegedly covering up his marriage with a Pakistani woman and he decided to go to the court for judicial court. Munir Ahmad, a resident of Gharotra of Jamu, married Pakistani cousin Minal Khan in May 2024, claimed he had informed the CRPF headquarters about his marriage and nearly a month after obtaining permission.“Only after obtaining permission from the CRPF headquarters, our family decided to continue their marriage online without waiting for visa formalities, because my father's condition was a cancer patient and his treatment was worsened. His treatment was borne by CRPF,” Munier said.
Munir's personal life became the focus of attention after the Pahargam attack, when all Pakistani nationals were asked to leave the country. Khan arrived at J&K on February 28 this year with a short-term visa and applied for a long-term visa (LTV). They submitted the documents and completed all the formalities of LTV. However, after the deportation order, Munier moved to the High Court and Ladakh after the Pahargam attack, which provided relief and maintained his wife's deportation at the last minute of April 30.
“My wife is the daughter of my uncle who moved from Chamu to Pakistan during the 1947 partition. We did not fall in love through social media or online,” said Munir, who joined the CRPF in 2017. He called on his case, director Amit Shah and CRPF to reconstruct in his case. Munir claims he has a plan to marry a Parker National on December 31, 2022.
