K Sera Sera Chairman Satish Panchariya is in trouble, FIR filed lawsuit against rape, sexual assault allegations

K Sera Sera Group Chairman Satish Panchariya and Chhotu Maharaj Cinema director Nikita Rattanshi found themselves in trouble because they had registered them for criminal conspiracy and sexual assault charges.
FIR was filed at the Amboli Police Station in Mumbai after the company’s foreign state and former director said Panchariya “repeatedly raped and beat her.” According to the complainant, he was also “threatened by rape and acid attacks” on December 3, 2024.
Defendants Satish Panchariya and Nikita Rattanshi allegedly ran a large crime network. They are said to have illegally pirated Indian movies and distributed them in other countries. These fees also include stock market manipulation and illegal currency transfers through fake companies.
