Delhi’s client lives in a bungalow of 50 billion rupees, trying to cheat the company of 5,000 rupees; the founder turns her into a regular client

Delhi businessman Varun Ghai recently shared a real-life event covering challenges faced by many small business owners. Ghai runs a baby clothing brand Mom and Taozi.
Entrepreneur posted an Instagram video explaining how a client from Delhi’s luxury Lodi Road attempts to trick him ₹5,000. The client lives in ₹According to Ghai, 50 million bungalows.
According to Ghai, the woman placed an order with the company but sent an edited screenshot to show fake payments. She lives in a worthwhile bungalow ₹500 million, but still trying to avoid payment ₹5,000. Ghai was surprised and wondered why people from such a wealthy area would do this.
When Ghai receives a fake payment, the customer first refuses to edit the screenshot. Later, she even claimed that she had never received orders. Things worsened when she began to call Ghai and his team “thieves.”
However, Ghai handled the matter cleverly. Instead of arguing, he said directly and politely that he wanted to visit her and apologize in person. His idea is simple: make her feel inward without blaming her.
He said in the video: “As they said, guilt is self-judgment.”
Within 10 minutes after the call, the customer suddenly “find” the lost package and completed the payment. The surprising part is that the same woman became a regular client for Mom and Peach after this incident. Since then, she has placed eight more orders.
Ghai shared his learning from the events, “Keep calm is the most underrated superpower.” He believes that dealing with difficult situations peace helps maintain balance and demonstrates strength.
“loose the temper……”
“In times of conflict, staying calm can make everything change. As a founder, you will face daily challenges and over time you will truly understand the value of this principle. That’s why in Punjabi we say, “Garmi Khaadi, Maal Paraya, Maal Paraya, Maal Paraya,”, “meaning
