Man arrested for selling Ganja to Sadhus on Girivalam Path

A 27-year-old man was arrested on Sunday for selling Ganja to Sadhus on Girivalam Path in Tiruvannamalai town. The arrested person was identified as C. Sriram of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. A special police team has been set up to patrol the town to prevent minor crimes such as robbery and cell phone robbery. In a such check drive in Girivalam Path, a team intercepted Sriram, who was stolen for two rounds. When asked about his purpose of the visit, he gave a contradictory answer, unable to provide valid vehicle files. While checking his schoolbag, the team found a kilogram of Ganja. The investigation shows that Sriram purchased prohibited substances from his home country and sold them to Sadhus in small quantities. He was arrested and lived in a vice president in the town.
