Hrithik Roshan started making his directorial debut with Krrish 4, Aditya Chopra to co-produce the film. Rakesh Roshan reveals who convinces superstars to sit on the chairman

Yash Raj Films (YRF) and Rakesh Roshan jointly produce Krrish 4. Rakesh Roshan expressed his delight in having Aditya Chopra for the producer, saying, “It was so delightful to see someone like Adi being the producer of Krrish 4. It was him who convinced Hrithik to sit in the director’s chair.”
Rakesh Roshan added: “Hrithik and Adi as producer directors are a rare and delicious creative combination to partner with the producers behind me! I’m sure they’ll turn Krish 4 into a dramatic experience that has never been created in India.”

The Krrish franchise launched by Rakesh Roshan in 2003 has become iconic in Indian cinemas. Starting with Koi … Mil Gaya (2003), the film introduces Rohit Mehra and his alien friends.
Krrish (2006) and Krrish 3 (2013) continue to succeed. In Krrish 3, Hrithik sees Hrithik in a triple role. The film also stars Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi.
