DMK Govt. A demarcation meeting held, called a transfer strategy

The proposal of the Dravida Munatra Kasagam (DMK) government to hold a meeting on constituency definition by the southern states is to divert the attention of the Tamil Nadu people to the “failure” and “corruption” in Tamil Nadu, Minister of Culture and Tourism, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, on Tuesday said.

During a brief interaction with reporters from Tiruchi, Mr. Shekhawat said that the union’s interior minister Amit Shah clarified during a recent visit to Tamil Nadu that the demarcation issue is being harassed only to redirect the attention of the Tamil Nadu people from the life and the country. Mr Shekhawat said the Tamil Nadu government was introducing the issue of demarcation of constituencies.
