Dogs after death: Police

Hyderabad:A dog bites the owner's private part after his death. The incident initially looked as if the owner died from a dog attack. But, forensic science laboratory (FSL) doctors gave oral opinions on Pavant’s pet dog, after he was verbally treated at Gandhi Hospital on Monday, after Madhura Nagar Station Housing Office (SHO) MD Shakeer Ali said that forensic science laboratory (FSL) doctors performed an autopsy (PME) at 38-year-old Dasari Pavan Kumar on Monday, giving oral opinions on Pavant’s pet dog, his private residence.
The victim was reportedly a cashier at a jewelry store and had suffered breathing difficulties in the past three weeks. “Doctor FSL confirmed that Parvin died from a ruptured heart and blood clot. The dog bit him after his death,” Sho said.
During a preliminary investigation at the scene, Pavan's roommate Sandeep told police that Pavan was used to sleeping with his pet husky. “We initially assumed that he died of a dog attack, but today's PME report clarified that the death occurred due to heart complications, and the dog then bit him,” Shakeer Ali said.
Pavan was discharged from a private hospital two days ago and continued to suffer from acute respiratory problems. “He was reportedly unable to fall asleep on Saturday night due to poor health and could die in the early hours of Sunday morning,” Sho added.
According to police, Parvin locked his bedroom door from the inside and was alone with the dog. It was not until Sunday afternoon that Sandeep's death was revealed after he received no response from Pavan. He reminded the neighbors and contacted the police, who opened the door and found Parvin lying in a blood. The husky mouth and teeth were stained with blood, causing Sandeep and his neighbors to think the dog had attacked him deadly. “However, we have been insisting from the beginning that we only know the exact reason after PME,” Shakeer Ali said.
