During the raid on April 28 at five locations in Hyderabad, 45 used cars, including several old cars, were items arrested in the ongoing investigation of Bhoodan Lands, who were suspected of robbing Maheshwaram.
The raid also resulted in the detention of charges related to the sale and purchase of land. ED seized Rs 2.3 lakh in Indian currency and 12,000 UAE Dirham. The car was seized from Mohd’s farmhouse. Munawar Khan.
The search was conducted at the residence and farmhouse in Khaderunissa, Mohed. Munawar Khan, Mohd. Latef Sharfan, Mohd. Akhtar Sharfan and Mohd. Sukoor. The ED investigation stems from the first information report (FIR) of the Telangana police’s registration of private and government officials. FIR alleges illegally selling government land by using forging documents and manipulating official revenue records.
According to Ed, Khaderunissa mistakenly called the land the property of her ancestors. Income records are deceptively mutated, allowing the land to be sold to parties. These middlemen and government officials forged documents and changed their income records to remove land from the list of prohibited properties, thus facilitating their unauthorized sale to private entities.
Further investigation into the case is underway.
