Mr Venugopal called for internal mobilization of the DCC President in the first phase, each PCC requesting no delay in the direction of the DCC level. He also asked state leaders to hold a district-level congressional workers’ meeting and a convening of congressional worker Summerland.

Congress leaders also urged local leaders to interact with local media, participate in media interviews, write public opinion, design social media campaigns, distribution of pamphlets and insertion of declarations to explain the party’s agenda to ordinary people.

Mr Venugopal said: “These pamphlets should emphasize the Congress party’s vision for the future and make a simple comparison with the failure and betrayal of the Bharatiya Janata party/National Democratic Union regime.
