Exercise helps maintain vitamin D levels in winter without supplements – Research

Professor Dylan Thompson, principal investigator at the University of Bath, said: “In general, the findings from the Vitadex project show that exercise increases the concentration of vitamin D metabolites every time you get active, and most importantly, during the winter, regular activities help maintain basal static vitamin D levels.
