AP CM will launch a 300,000-seat home modification ceremony on June 12

Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu plans to take office on June 12 on the day of the NDA coalition government for one year, planning to houses with 300,000 back-standing classes, scheduled castes and tribal people.
CM has directed all participating state machinery to complete the home and hand it over to the beneficiary by the deadline. It is worth noting that Chandrababu Naidu announced an additional financial assistance of Rs 50,000 to BCS and SCS, and Rs 75,000 to STS to complete the house by the deadline.
After the meeting in this regard, Housing and Information Minister Kolusu Parthasarathy stressed that the coalition government has provided Rs 1.87 lakh to each beneficiary, in addition to providing a loan of Rs 35,000 for each DWACRA woman beneficiary, with low interest.
The minister stressed that nearly 600,000 beneficiaries would benefit from the Chief Minister’s announcement of the grant of additional financial assistance to the BCS and SCS, as well as a grant of Rs 75,000 to STS. He mentioned that so far, the state government has issued Rs 3 billion to home beneficiaries, in addition to Rs 202 billion to British Columbia, SC and St beneficiaries.
Parthasarathy said 1.7 million of the 300,000 homes have been completed, while another 60,000 are close to completion. The rest of the houses are at various stages of high-end construction. He stressed that officials are working to complete the houses.
The minister said the Ministry of Housing officials stay in touch with the beneficiaries and motivated them to complete the home with additional financial aid provided to them.
Special Chief Secretary (Housing) Ajay Jain reviews the stages of the building with local collectors and housing officials every day. Special CS has appointed special officials and set goals for them to ensure a timetable is met.
M. Siva Prasad, Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh State Housing Company, is closely monitoring the progress of construction. He held a review meeting with the on-site officials through Webex, directing them to continue to inspire beneficiaries to complete the home.
Senior engineering officials, including chief engineer Padmanabhaiah and sheriff Jayaramachary and Krishnaiah, are conducting on-site inspections and overseeing ground activities.
Collectors are reviewing the construction of housing at the district level to ensure that it is completed in a timely manner.
