FIR with Sunny Deol, Randeep Hooda’s “harm” to Christians in “Jaat”

Police said on Friday (April 18, 2025) that the scenes in the film “jaat” “had the emotions of the Christian community” were “destroying the emotions of the Christian community”, proposing FIR against actor Sunny Deol, Randeep Hooda and three others.

They said the complaint filed by Christian community leaders claimed that the film, which released on April 10, contained scenes of disrespect for Jesus Christ and Christian religious practices.

Complaint Viklav Gold also questioned the timing of the release of the film being observed on April 18, the Good Friday anniversary.
