Notorious Road Angry Driver, “Attacking Women and Girls” Gets Cruel Prison Taste “Justice”

A serial road angry driver has been arrested multiple times for smashing a car and beating a female driver.

Nathaniel Walters Radimak, 39, is in the prison of the Harava Correctional Institution in Honolulu after the latest attack.

He was found in the waiting room of Queen’s Medical Center after being beaten by other inmates on Monday, with a chaotic and bloody face on Monday.

Prison authorities said he was attacked around 4.30 p.m., suffered facial and torso injuries and needed a wheelchair to go to the emergency room.

The Tesla driver was criticized shortly after appearing in court, and the driver’s outstanding warrant dates back to January 2023.

At the time, he did not have a valid driver’s license and exceeded the release limits.

Radimak was recently arrested on his May 8th It was alleged that just a few months after being released in a previous road rage incident, targeting a mother and daughter.

He was allegedly caught by the camera, crossed the 18-year-old driver in Honolulu, then slammed her in the face and opened her mother.

The video shows Radimak turning around before facing the couple. The mother, identified as UNG, said he began yelling at her daughter, her child fell asleep in the car.

He was charged with unauthorized entry into the motor vehicle, assaulting and despising the court.

Radimak, who is also on parole in California, pleaded guilty in 2023, assault, vandalism, elderly abuse and criminal threats.

Between 2022 and 2023, he captured cars of more than a dozen victims throughout Los Angeles County with metal tubes.

Several of these attacks were caught on the camera, showing Radimak waving the pipes and approaching the vehicle.

He was sentenced to five years in prison in September 2023 – but was released after serving less than a year in prison.

The court granted him a 424-day pre-sentence credit while waiting for sentencing.

But Engel said she held McDonald’s iced coffee in her hand and she threw it in his car.

“He came to the street and hit me like a Superman punch on my face,” she said.

“I fell to the ground, my mind was big. I was like, “Go check the baby. Don’t worry about me. Go check the baby.”

Wednesday’s attacks angered many people across California as he was allowed to return to the road after being released in prison.

“When you get out of the way, your behavior only escalates – we see it here,” Honolulu defense attorney Megan Cow told Kate.

“This person allegedly beat a young girl in the face,” she continued. “It’s crazy, so it’s a pure example of people needing punishment.”

Stanley Aragon, the uncle of the teenage victim, agreed.

Radimak was previously caught with metal tubes and pounced in the cars of more than a dozen victims in Los Angeles County between 2022 and 2023

“I hope, you know, HPD did sue him and it’s better than keeping a firm guardian than California so that he can at least learn one lesson and maybe get some help,” he said. Tell ABC 7.

But the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said Radimack gained credibility for regular service while incarcerated and served his “full judgment as defined by the law.”

Legal expert Lou Shapiro claims he was released because of the overcrowding of prisons in California.

“If someone commits violent crimes – such as robbery, murder, rape – this nature, they will be sentenced to a longer sentence, i.e. 60 to 80 percent mark,” he said.

“Other than that – criminal threats, vandalism – for example, the cases we are talking about, probably only 30% to 50%, which could explain why he was much earlier than everyone expected.”

Radimak was angry when he learned that the aggressive driver would be put back on the street in the street.

“I can’t believe such a short sentence would lead to any kind of behavioral reform or recovery given the time he has been committing crimes.”

Some other victims said they believe the justice system failed them because they were not allowed to hear their voices before reaching a plea deal.

One of the victims, identified only as Jane Doe One, even called out the Los Angeles DA, saying he “had many of the victims of Nathaniel Radimak down”.

“He is prosecuting the crime and making sure the offender is responsible for his actions, but that didn’t happen,” she said.

“Our constitutional rights have been violated and do not follow the DA’s office. He does not correctly represent our rights. ”

The Los Angeles County DA’s office said it did not determine when inmates would be released from custody at the time.”
