Forbes lists the countries of billionaires in 2025: According to Forbes’ 2025 list of world billionaires, the combined sum of more than 3,000 billionaires worldwide is $16.1 trillion.

In fact, 50% of these billionaires come from three countries – the United States of America, China and India. It added that the three countries also account for the highest billionaire wealth in the past year.

Forbes’ list of world billionaires in 2025 has 3,028 entrepreneurs, an increase of 247 compared to last year. Their collective cost is $2 trillion, worth $16.1 trillion.

The United States ranks first with a record 90.2 billionaires (up from 813 last year), followed by 51.6 billionaires in China (including Hong Kong) and India has 205 billionaires. According to the report, the U.S. billionaires are worth $6.8 trillion, including eight of the top 10 names on Forbes’ Richie Rich list in 2025.

China’s 45 billionaires (406 last year) are worth $1.7 trillion. These figures include the richest from Hong Kong.

The third on the list is India, with a total of 205 billionaires (20 billion last year) with a collective wealth of $94.1 billion. It is worth noting that the combined fate of this year is lower than last year’s $954 billion, as Mukesh Ambani ($92.5 billion) and Gautam Adani ($56.3 billion) are worth more than $20 billion for various reasons.

Overall, 78 countries around the world have at least one billionaire in 2025, the report noted. So, where do the richest people live?
