Foundation paves at the bus station of Rs 48 crore in Mulugu

Warangal: Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and Tribal Welfare Minister Seethakka on Sunday at the regional headquarters in Mulugu area in the Mulugu area, the foundation for the construction of a new road transport company (RTC) bus station.

Minister Prabhakar said during this period that the new bus station will feature modern facilities including green plants, drinking water facilities and commercial space, including four shops on the upper floor and seven shops on the first floor covering an area of ​​about 4,000 square feet.

He said the government is ready to build another bus station in Mangapet by spending Rs 5 million. It is also planned to build a bus station near the Gattamma Temple, close to tribal universities, medical schools and regional collectors, with an estimated cost of Rs 400.

In addition, the minister announced the construction of a major bus warehouse in Eturnagaram, with Rs 7 crore on five acres of land. With the finalization of the tender, the Mulugu Bus Station project is expected to be completed within six months.

The minister said 600 buses were purchased for the first time through the Women's Association in the country. Women are now traveling on RTC buses for free, saving nearly Rs 60 billion.

He praised Minister Seethakka for his continued efforts to ensure various projects in the Mulugu area. He added that no matter where she goes, she only talks about the development of mulugu.
