HD Kumaraswamy announces “war” against Karnataka government, accusing DK Shivakumar of “trophy”

Shivakumar fights back against Kumaraswamy, challenging him to release all the materials and says he is ready to face any punishment if it is proven to be wrong. “I’m not a person who is afraid of Kumaraswami or anyone.”
Speaking to reporters here, the union minister Kumaraswamy said: “I am here to challenge this government through you (the media). 40 years ago, I had purchased 46 acres of land and honestly, I made money from it like a farmer. What I have never seen in 40 years is such a vendetta politics…”
He accused Siddaramaiah and Shivakumar of trying to “harasse” him by abuse of power, saying he is “declaring a war with the government”.
“They (the leader of Congress) earlier said they would end the Deve Gowda (former prime minister and his father) family, and some developments have occurred since then, and there is no need to discuss it now. Facing this torture is nothing new due to Deve Gowda’s time.”
Kumaraswamy pointed out that media reports of 4-5 JCBs and 25-30 officials, under heavy safety, entered the farm to clear the encroachment, saying: “I want to ask people I need to encroach 4 acres of land, the son of the former prime minister, the former CM?” In addition, he attacked those who claimed to be social activists and accused him of encroachment. “If there is any violation, no one should bend over and assassinate someone and take action.” Recalling his purchase of the land long before entering politics while working as a film publisher, former CM said he never thought about participating in politics at that time.
He added: “When I started to make mistakes with evidence, this land question was to shut up.
Kumaraswamy noted that he served as CM twice, saying that if he illegally encroached on any land, he might correct it within 5 minutes. He made it clear to people that he had never violated any land illegally and that all his transactions were legal.
He was referring to the allegations that he had illegally approved a 550-acre mining lease for Sri Sai Venkateswara Mineral (SSVM) in the Balari area, which violated the law, and during his tenure as CM from 2006 to 2008, he said he had never abused any constitutional posts to deal with him.
“When I became a CM for the second time (2018-2019), I could have shut down my case by directing officials,” he said.
The former CM claimed he did not fight politically out of personal hatred, saying: “I want to tell the government that I have a lot of material and don’t irritate me.”
In 2003-04, Kumaraswamy claimed that plundered 65 iron ore under the guise of iron mud, and there was documented evidence to support this.
Claiming to be like Muhammad Ghori, Muhammad of Ghazni and Malik Kafur (Alauddin Khalji, ruler of Delhi Sultanate) – sitting on the third floor of Vidhana Soudha, is robbing the state coalition minister, “Stop for your vehicle and you will collect taxes.”
He said: “…If people are not cautious, then they will come to your bedroom and say – pay taxes and use your bedroom. That’s the government.”
April 1 is called “Fool’s Day”, but he claims the government began to make April Fool’s Day a fool’s day by rising prices from milk, electricity, diesel (such as milk, electricity, diesel) on that day.
