Free meal plan launched for Basavishara Hospital in Karablaji

In a heartfelt tribute to the 12th-century social reformer Basavanna, the Hyderabad Karnataka Education Association (HKES) launched a free nutritional dining program called “BasaveShwara Teaching” at the Basaveshwara Teaching and General Hospital in Kalaburagi on April 30.

HKES Chairman and Legislative Council Member Shashil G. Namoshi emphasizes Barsavana’s visionary ideals Kayaka (Dignity of labor) and Dassauha (Free meal).

“Barsavana rejected gender discrimination and called for an equal society where everyone works honestly and shares it with others. His teachings remain a role model for global sex life,” he said.

The “Basavaprasada” program is designed to provide free nutritious meals for hospitalized patients and is completely donation-driven. Donors can donate Rs 11,000 per day for meals. Mr Namoshi donated Rs 55,000 on behalf of his family, donating the check to hospital officials during the release period. In addition, HKES Central Office staff contributed Rs 17,100 to the scheme.

“This idea was inspired by the spirit of the Sharana movement,” Mr. Namoshi said. “It makes me happy that on this Basava Jayanti we started a meaningful initiative that reflects these values.”

The event was held in the presence of Rajshekhar Shivacharya of Chowdapuri Hiremath in Kalaburagi, who praised the plan and contributed 11,000 rupees mathematically. “Initiate ‘Basavaprasada’ in line with the philosophy of Barcelona Dassauha It’s indeed worthy of praise. ” he said.

Dr. Sharanabasappa Haraval, director of the hospital and member of the HKES board of directors, and Dr. Mahadevappa Rampure, Sainath Patil, Dr. Anilkumar Pattana, Dr. Anilkumar Margol, Dr. Anilkumar Margol, Dr. Kiran Deshmukh and Naganna Ghanti all participated in the event.
