Friend star Jennifer Aniston reveals her “big fear” and how 2 “shocking good things” can help her face reality”

According to E! The 56-year-old actress revealed in a recent interview that she has been hypnotizing and meditating to calm her nerves before flying.
“I’ve been doing some hypnosis lately, and one of them is to remove all of this superstition,” Aniston said. She once had a ritual of flying, knocking the outside of the plane with her right hand and then stepping in with her right foot. “I haven’t done my right hand, right foot, and it’s so good now!” she added, as E quoted! information.
She also uses meditation to relax when she is on the flight. “Inserting good meditation can help you get through it,” she shared.
Besides that, she tried to stand up from her seat and walked around during the flight. These little habits can help her to control and relieve her anxiety.
Even though she was afraid of flying, her love for travel kept her going. Aniston said she loves traveling, which includes “white sand beaches and transparent crystal blue water.” She also cherishes traveling with friends and family. “I have a lot of very meaningful trips,” she told E. News. One of her most memorable resorts was her birthday trip planned with about 50 friends. “I said, ‘Who wants to come, let’s do it,’ and many of them did,'” she recalled. They spent three days relaxing, swimming and enjoying each other’s company. “That was really fun,” Aniston added.
For Aniston, traveling is more than just a break from get off work, it is a way to see the world from a different perspective. Growing up, Central Park is her closest to nature, and now she sees more exploration.
“It’s not just this little bubble we’re in, it’s all very important and expands our consciousness more than we’re limited to,” she said.
