Hyderabad: Telangana High Court is unwilling to alleviate BRS LB Nagar legislator Devireddy Sudheer Reddy, in terms of some of his remarks against Hasthinapuram company Banoth Sujatha Sujatha Naik, for his registered FIR.
Police cite SC/ST (preventing atrocities), while BNS cites his allegations against MLA that he talks to the company in a manner suspected of demeaning her modesty.
Sudheer Reddy challenged the High Court and sought Quashing against him or the lawsuit against FIR. Courts do not tend to interfere with FIR.
