From self-doubt to self-worth

Known for being candid in the fabulous life of his Bollywood wife, Seema Sajdeh rediscovers himself after his divorce from actor Sohail Khan, a journey to challenge, healing and back to self-worth and self-love. She joined Avantika Malik and she also talked about her separation from actor Imran Khan, Janice Sequeira’s conversation in Heardfelt, in the first episode of Healing Circle, an emotional wellness platform provided by Coto (Coto), which provides live consultations on 24/7/7/7/7. This episode explores in-depth re-identification after divorce, finding the power of vulnerability, and growing into a better self.
Seema Sajdeh reflects on her post-separation transformation. In a sense, divorce is a catalyst that forces me to learn and grow. You become so complacent in your marriage that you start blaming your partner for everything. But interpersonal relationships are difficult. They need work every day. I had to figure out what I had to be as basic as I did, just like after my insurance, I had to learn. I can support myself, I have the confidence to walk into a restaurant, eat, travel alone, and we become so dependent.
Avantika Malik shared her emotional weight of divorce, explaining that it is not about social stigma, but about a “golden couple” and how she deals with her journey of change. “I’m so shared that I don’t even know how to book a plane or call a banking business – I didn’t do anything after I got married. I’m a semi-human. I lack confidence in myself. I thought I couldn’t survive the day after I got married. I didn’t even make a living. I didn’t win the attitude of a lot of people at the time. Viewpoint. She added: “Different things work for different people – if a person isn’t spiritual, tends to meditate.” The goal is to focus on being the best version of myself. ”
Just like Seema, Avantika also felt solace in Buddhist practices during his journey to healing. The rehabilitation circles powered by Coto are designed to bring often hidden conversations into the open, showing real stories and emotions to help us feel increasingly lonely. The first episode delves into deep emotional truths that resonate with many people but are rarely discussed.
Healing Circle is only on Janice Sequeira’s YouTube channel, with new episodes every Tuesday and Friday.
